While it was moment of restoration of faith in judiciary of this country my mind could not stop thinking of how it all begin. Being a native of #Sirsa and so witnessing everything directly or indirectly in person still traumatize me.
Ramchandra Chhatrapati- the man who first exposed the self proclaimed Saint Ram Rahim, was a neighbor & family friend. He worked in a local Hindi newspaper in Sirsa. I faintly remember my mother & some neighborhood aunties talking about him being killed while he was returning from his office. But I vividly remember going to his home where his wife was clad in clothes too sober for a women of her age & the two kids younger than the 10 years old me.
Yes it is justice today.
Yes the truth triumphs in the end.
Yes there is hope.
But the #QUESTION remains-
Was the act done by father of two young kids worth the sacrifice??
Till when would other pure souls like him will have to hide back in darkness in fear of families being orphaned?
We got justice but at what cost??

DeleteThere are lakhs of cases file to be pending right now in india because of some reason.
ReplyDeleteOur india right now in modi govt is very active towards this.
As they put some restrictions on the judges according to the parliament bill in 2021.
And try to improve the law system.
