Bee Buzzzzzzzzz

No matter how much we fear the black-yellow colored bee, but we all in one form or another love the magic these small creatures create in the form of honey. Its a sweet delicacy we all relish and the wonder of wonders is that it can be used in so many forms. Well needless to say, "HONEY IS AN ALL- ROUNDER" ;) .
All thanx to Dabur for presenting us with honey in its best form and so easily available. Because there is no way i can imagine apiculture as my way to get honey. So thank-you Dabur, because without you i can not imagine what will happen to my sweet addiction.
i have seen my fat days and seen myself getting back to being slim, slowly and steadily. many things changed; my jeans size changed(thank god), my wardrobe changed, even my shoe size got changed, but one thing is still constant and that is DABUR HONEY in the middle shelf of my kithcen.
To be honest crash diets and starving thyself to no end is useless and the worst one can do with self. Practical and logical diet plan is what helps one sail through the fat.

Here are some of the magical ways one can adopt and whisk above the fat:-
1. Drink a glass of luke warm water mixed with Dabur honey and half a lemon the first thing in the morning.
It is a great way to start the day and also very effective way to flush out the toxins.
2. Instead of tea or coffee grab a glass of toned milk and put a spoonful of Dabur honey in it. Mix it well and you have a very  refreshing drink to enjoy.
3. Replace your dinner from heavy meals to fruit meal. To make it yummy pour a tablespoon of Dabur honey into your fruit bowl. Do not even worry about the no of serving you take, because the more fruits you eat the more fit and healthy you get.
4. Any shake or cold beverage you make at home, start using Dabur honey instead of sugar. Not only would it taste better but you will be free from so many calories that sugar offers you.
5. Take a tablespoon of honey and mix a pinch of black pepper in it. It is very tasty and of high nutritional value. It is also a great remedy of sour throat.

So these are some of the many ways you can adopt for a healthy diet. I will whole heartedly recommend never to go on CRASH DIETS. Because weight loss is a steady and continuous process. The faster you loose it, faster it will come back to haunt you.
Crash diets can be very dangerous to health too. You may get deprived of many of the important minerals and vitamins because not all fats are bad for you. Some are rather very essential and should be part of our diet.
